Mohamed Amra is the subject of an arrest warrant (red notice) issued by the French authorities, who mobilized more than fifty police officers to catch him in the first days after his escape. Nicknamed “Mosca”, born in Rouen (Normandy), he belongs to the “Blacks”, a group of drug traffickers firmly established in Marseille. “He has most likely already fled to North Africa or even the UK,” says the same police source.
