A Madonna fan has decided to sue the singer after he was upset by several situations at a concert he attended on March 7 in Los Angeles, USA. According to Justen Lipeles, the show started an hour and a half later than scheduled, and it was disturbing to see a “pop star” subjecting his fans to “pornography” without warning.
For Justen, watching the concert was like watching a “pornographic film being made” as during the performance some of the dancers were topless on stage, simulating sexual acts.
The complainant also mentioned that the concert venue was too hot and that Madonna refused to turn on the air conditioning, causing her to feel “physically ill.”
Justen Lipeles, who reportedly purchased four tickets for $500 (about 460 euros) each, filed a claim for breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, unfair competition, false advertising and emotional distress, seeking damages and a refund for the tickets.
Madonna has already faced two similar lawsuits over concert delays. Mary Conoboy and Nestor Monte Jr. sued Madonna and organizer Live Nation last month because the singer took the stage at 10:30 p.m. in Washington, D.C., when the scheduled time was 8:20 p.m.
