The three-day meeting also resulted in the idea that it is necessary to “seek a balance between tradition and the need to introduce new languages into the liturgy,” creating measures to integrate youth “in this process of renewal and adaptation of Christian spirituality in a digital environment and a secularized world.”
Noting that “the Eucharist calls everyone together, is open to everyone and alienates no one,” the CUP argues that the Eucharist should be expressed outside the church, “through real responses to the concrete needs of people.”
