This Monday, Portugal holds its last training session before Tuesday’s meeting with Finland, which serves as preparation for participation in the final stage of the Euro 2024 football tournament in Germany.
The national team is scheduled to gather at 18:00 at the Cidade do Futebol in Oeiras, where it is training, with the first 15 minutes open to the media.
Earlier, at 17:00, coach Roberto Martinez and a player whose name has not yet been named will announce the match with the Finns at a press conference.
On Sunday, at the start of training camp, Pepe trained without restrictions and integrated, with Nelson Semedo on the sidelines.
Roberto Martinez allowed Cristiano Ronaldo and Ruben Neves to join the training camp later, while Otavio was at the Cidade do Futebol under the supervision of the team’s medical department.
The Portugal-Finland match is scheduled for 19:45 and will take place at the José Alvalade Stadium in Lisbon.
Before heading to Germany, the Portuguese team will also meet Croatia (June 8 at the National Stadium) and Ireland (June 11 in Aveiro).
At Euro 2024, Portugal will play in Group F with the Czech Republic (June 18, in Leipzig), Turkey (June 22, in Dortmund) and Georgia (June 26, in Gelsenkirchen).
