The new administration of the Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade of Portugal (AICEP), which will be headed by manager Ricardo Arroja, received the green light this Thursday from the Commission for the Recruitment and Selection of Personnel for Public Administration (Cresap), he said. CM source from the Ministry of Economy, overseen by Pedro Reis.

Members of the new administration were announced earlier this week by the government, but there has been no word yet from Cresap, as recommended by the law governing the appointment of public managers. According to the Ministry of Economy, Ricardo Arroja and his team received this Thursday an opinion that qualifies them as having a “suitable” profile to replace Filipe Santos Costa and the rest of the administration that led AICEP.

Ricardo Arroja, a management graduate and visiting professor at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Minho, will have a team that includes Francisco Pinheiro Catalan, Madalena Oliveira e Silva, Joana Gaspar and Paulo Rios de Oliveira.
