According to the Energy Regulatory Services Authority (ERSE) simulator, Galp records the lowest electricity prices for consumption by couples and couples with children. The results already reflect changes made by electricity providers to accommodate increases in grid access tariffs. There are several offerings that are more affordable than those on the regulated market.
With an average consumption of two people with a simple tariff and a power of 3.45 kVA, the Galpa bill represents a monthly cost of 36.29 euros, the lowest value in the simulator, excluding indexed and loyalty offers, among other offers. In second place is JAF Plus, which charges €1.21 more than Galp for the same consumption, and in third place is the regulated tariff. In this market, the same couple with the same consumption and power pays a monthly bill of 37.75 euros, an increase of 1.46 euros compared to Galp.
The consumption of a married couple with two children, also at a simple tariff, but with a power of 6.9 kVA, has a monthly cost in Galpa of 90.82 euros. In second place is G9 Energy with 91.79 euros and JAF Plus with 95.73 euros. In the regulated market, which ranks fourth, the monthly bill rises to €96.40, €5.58 more than the supplier with the cheapest offer, according to the ERSE simulator.
