South Korean Foreign Minister Lim Soo-sook in a statement published by local news agency Yonhap.
Seoul assured that it would respond “strongly” to any threat to its security, working closely with the international community and other allied countries, and said the South Korean executive plans to soon announce its official position on the Moscow-Pyongyang treaty.
