The project’s final report, published this Monday by the Institute for Employment and Training (IEFP), states that only one organization had to hire more workers.
Workers report improved mental and physical health, work-family-life balance, and increased satisfaction with work and life in general. In the end, 93% of workers said they wanted to continue.
