A prisoner who appears in a video posted on social media having sex with a prison guard with a Portuguese passport in London has been identified as Linton Weirich, a 36-year-old man convicted of burglary at a luxury apartment.
According to Everyday Mayl, Linton’s partner, is seven months pregnant and had to be hospitalised after watching the video.
“This is the last thing she needs in her condition, it’s extremely upsetting. This stupid video has affected her health and she was hospitalized over the weekend due to stress. She is afraid the video will cause her to go into labor prematurely,” a source close to the family told the British tabloid.
Linton Weirich was jailed for four and a half years in April for stealing around €70,000 from a luxury flat in Kensington. The stolen items included jewellery, belts, bags, a laptop and a suitcase.
His record also includes assault on a law enforcement officer, driving without a license and dangerous driving.
Following the video’s release, Linda Abreu quit her job and was arrested at Heathrow Airport on Saturday. He appeared in court on Monday charged with misconduct in public office for “committing sexual intercourse with a prisoner in his cell.”
