Melania Trump on Sunday called the man responsible for the assassination attempt on her husband Donald Trump on Saturday that left him wounded a monster.
“A monster who views my husband as an inhuman political machine has tried to snuff out Donald’s passion, laughter, creativity, love of music, and inspiration,” the former first lady said in a press release posted on her X social media account.
Former US President Donald Trump, 78, was slightly injured on Saturday after multiple shots were fired at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, killing one and seriously injuring two others. Police confirmed the alleged gunman had died.
