US President Joe Biden dropped his candidacy for the White House this Sunday, and now the question is who can replace the current US president.
Vice President Kamala Harris is considered the heavy favorite, but there are other names that could come out ahead.
However, Joe Biden has already promised that he will provide Kamala Harris with his “full support and guidance.”
“My first decision as our party’s nominee in 2020 was to choose Kamala Harris as my Vice President. And it was the best decision I made. Today, I want to express my full support and encourage Kamala to become our party’s nominee this year,” Biden said in a statement posted on social media.
The current US president’s performance in the debate with Donald Trump caused alarm in the Democratic Party, and there were many attempts to replace Biden in the race for the White House.
Donald Trump, former President of the United States of America, also responded to Joe Biden’s withdrawal from his candidacy for the White House and said that it would be easier to defeat Kamala Harris in the November elections than the current president.
