A CMTV continues to grow, and in July it had more audience than all of its competitors combined.
A television morning Post Its average share was 5.6%, with around 121,000 viewers watching it every minute of the day. That’s a 12% increase compared to the same month last year.
Besides CMTV is the only station to grow among national cable channels compared to the same period in 2023. CMTV rises from 5% to 5.6%, CNN Portugal falls from 3.1% to 2.3%, and SIC Notícias falls from 2.2% to 1.6%.
SIC News Channel actually has its worst result since March 2019, meaning July was the weakest month for SIC Notícias in the last 5 years and 4 months.
