Find out how much Porto will get from selling Evanilson to Bournemouth

This Friday, Porto informed CMVM of the value of Evanilson’s transfer to English club Bournemouth. The Brazilian striker will join the Premier League club for 37 million euros, a deal that could reach 47 million euros, depending on the objectives. According to the Securities Market Commission, SAD Porto still retains 10% of the added value of the player’s future transfer.

Before closing the sale of Evanilson to Bournemouth, Porto acquired from Tombense the 20% of the striker’s economic rights that were still in the possession of the Brazilian club for a sum of 4.75 million euros.

In the aforementioned statement, Porto also said that Evanilson’s transfer “did not involve any kind of mediation.”

Statement from FC Porto CMVM:

“Football Club Porto – Football, SAD hereby informs the market that it has reached an agreement with AFC Bournemouth for the definitive transfer of the sporting registration rights and 100% of the economic rights of the professional footballer Evanilson for a total consideration of 47 million euros (forty-seven million euros), corresponding to a fixed fee of 37 million euros (thirty-seven million euros), plus a maximum variable fee of 10 million euros (ten million euros, 10% of future capital gains). on the sale of the sporting registration rights of the player.
