Overdue payments from state-owned enterprises in July amounted to 596.7 million euros, down 198.8 million euros compared to the same period last year and up 15.5 million euros compared to the previous month, the government said Friday.
“At the end of July, overdue payments from state-owned enterprises amounted to 596.7 million euros, which is 198.8 million euros less than in the same period last year,” the State Duma’s budget execution report says.
The difference compared to the first seven months of 2023 is explained by the decrease recorded in the health sector (-€245.8 million), in reclassified public enterprises (-€13.6 million) and in local government (-€8.4 million), partly offset by an increase in regional government (€37.8 million) and central government, excluding the health subsector (€31.2 million).
In terms of monthly dynamics, the DGO indicates an increase of 15.5 million euros, with the largest contribution coming from EPE health facilities (31 million euros).
