Two years after the tragedy that claimed the life of the youngest daughter of the singer Tony Carreira, an instructive debate unites all participants in the process, it will be preceded by the taking of testimony of Cristina Branco – at her request – and the witness named by her, the composer Nuno Rocha, the boyfriend of the fado singer and the owner of the car, which she controlled.
The opening of the instructions was demanded by Sarah Carreira’s parents, Cristina Branco and Thiago Pacheco (another intervener). Ivo Lucas and Paulo Neves, two other defendants, chose not to use this right.
