The mother of three minors taken from a family in Setúbal explains morning Post that the children did not suffer abuse and that the house they lived in was a temporary home until they found a better place.

According to a neighbor, the parents of 23 and 25 had no profession, “they only worked at landfills.” Children helped their parents with scrap metal. The man was released after paying a fine, and the couple were found guilty of crimes of endangerment and abandonment.
