The man who stabbed two women at the Centro Ismaelita in Lisbon has been transferred to the Curri Cabral Hospital.

Abdul Bashir, the Afghan man who stabbed two women and seriously wounded a teacher at the Ismaelita Center in Lisbon, was transferred on Tuesday to Carri Cabral Hospital.

The killer was transferred from the hospital ward for security reasons to an isolated ward.

The attacker was operated on at a San Jose hospital after police shot him in the leg. Currently, he is under the supervision of orthopedic doctors and general surgery of the hospital.

Abdul Bashir, who is under close police surveillance, may have to undergo surgery due to a leg injury.

According to the director of the judicial police, Luis Neves, the aggressor should be released from the hospital about 10 days after the attack in order to appear before a criminal judge. At a press conference this Wednesday, Luis Neves hypothesized that a psychotic break could have been the cause of the attack.
