The military will no longer return funds from the National Maritime Administration

Lisbon’s Central Administrative Court rejected a precautionary measure introduced in December by the Social and Professional Association of the Maritime Police, and members of the Navy serving with the National Maritime Administration (AMN) are no longer required to return funds “as compensation for personnel” (former awards), received since December, found cm.

The AMN confirmed to our newspaper that he was notified of the court decision on Thursday, the day after cm it was reported that the military was informed that they would have to return the funds received. “The court checked and decided that one of the main conditions for issuing an injunction had not been met. In view of the decision of the court, no measures will be taken regarding the issue under consideration, namely the procedure for calculating valuables and their replacement,” the AMN replies.
