On the other side of the Center for Engineering and Development of Products and Services (CEiiA), where the forum is taking place, a group of Brazilians living in Portugal were surrounded by a strong police force expressing their support for Luis Inácio Lula da Silva, this Monday marks the third day of his state visit to Portugal.
