Various demonstrations that will take place on Tuesday lead to traffic restrictions in several areas of Lisbon, with four access roads to the Assembly of the Republic completely blocked from this Monday, according to PSP.
A source from the Public Security Police (PSP) told Lusa that 15 demonstrations are scheduled for Tuesday, four of which are taking place in the Assembly of the Republic, where Brazilian President Lula da Silva will be received in a formal welcoming session.
Many of these demonstrations are held to commemorate the 49th anniversary of April 25, namely the traditional parade on Avenida da Liberdade, but four that take place near the parliament are aimed at the Brazilian president to protest Lula’s presence. for example, in the case of Chega’s promotion and other actions in support of the President of Brazil.
