Javier Tebas, President of the Spanish League, is working with Barcelona on a financial plan to formalize a proposal for the return of Lionel Messi to the Camp Nou this summer, Fabrizio Romano revealed on his official Instagram account.
While there is still time, the president says the feat is not easy to achieve because of the effort it takes from the club. It’s about selling players and cutting wages to bring the striker back to Barça. “Besides, we still don’t know what his salary will be,” he said.
Barcelona is not like PSG. Barca have to cut some salaries to sign up new players because of fair play,” Javier Tebas explained.
