Euskaraz irakurri: Ulmak eta Oronak “itunpeko kooperatiba” izatea proposatu zioten Mondragon taldeari ekainean
Ulma Y Oronawho are currently studying the possibility of abandoning the Mondragon Corporationthey raised to be “agreed cooperative” to the group last June, although this request was rejected.
As EITB has been able to learn, the bodies of the cooperative estimated then that “an approach by this entity, which changes the very conception of Mondragon, would mean the biggest revision of all that have been carried out” so far since its constitution. “Consequently, it would require a serene, deep and very participatory process of work and reflection,” they point out.
According to Ulma and Orona’s proposal, the new relationship they would maintain with Mondragon would have these characteristics:
– They would cease to be base cooperatives attached to Congress
– The norms approved by Congress would not be applied to them
– They would not participate in general in the inter-cooperation and solidarity mechanisms
– They would establish an annual agreement with Mondragon
