As announced by the President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, this weekend, the guarantees will cover up to 20% of the mortgage credit of families with dependent children and young people up to 35 years of age.
The Council of Ministers will authorize today the creation of a ICO guarantee line that covers up to 20% of the mortgage loan of families with dependent children and young people up to 35 years of agetogether with other measures already announced to promote the promotion of more than 60,000 apartments with which to expand the public park.
The new line of the ICO, advanced by the president of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, this weekend, is destined to applicants with an income of less than about 37,800 euros per year and could benefit some 50,000 people, according to the Ministry of Transport.
Sources from the ministry have advanced that they are analyzing the average prices of housing by territories, in order to “establish differences depending on the autonomous communities” in that line of guarantees.
The Council of Ministers will also authorize Transport to sign a new agreement to create another ICO line with 4,000 million euros of European funds to finance actions to promote some 43,000 affordable rental homesthrough the construction and rehabilitation of buildings.
Likewise, it will give its approval to the plan to promote 20,000 homes on Ministry of Defense land through you knowthe public company that has become the instrument of the housing policies of the department headed by Raquel Sánchez.
