SEGA and Relic Entertainment have announced a release date for their upcoming strategy game. The third part of the world-famous game series will be released in November.
Fans of the show can rest easy. Finally a release date Company of Heroes 3 known. Developers and publishers announce in a press release that the next installment of the popular real-time strategy franchise is coming November 17, 2022 will be released via Steam for PC.
The notice goes on to say that Company of Heroes 3 will offer fans and newcomers to the series the biggest and most immersive single-player experience in the history of the series. The game will launch with four playable factions and two unique single player modes with a dynamic Italian campaign and a North African operation.
Fortunately, all this Company of Heroes 3 get your hands on it, don’t wait until November to play it. CompanyOfHeroes.com is now open to enroll in the Relic COH-Development community feedback program to access the mission from the newly announced North Africa operation. Players can try the Alpha mission and take command of the infamous German Afrika Korps (DAK) in an attempt to drive the British back from their fortified positions. Mission Alpha is free to play on Steam during the week of July 12-19.
While the previously announced dynamic Italy campaign offers an open and branching experience, the North Africa operation is a more classically styled single-player story-driven experience. A plethora of new mechanics has revolutionized the North African battlefield, where tank engines let you coordinate fast attacks to crush the enemy. The Alpha mission could use powerful Italian units such as the Guastatori combat engineers and the L6/40 light tank. Players can also look forward to new gameplay innovations such as side armor, enemy vehicle recovery and vehicle towing, allowing you to move your powerful artillery such as the German 36 flak and the British 17-pounder.
