The semifinals of the Bertsolaris Euskal Herria Championship will begin on Saturday in Elizondo

This Saturday the first round of the semifinals of the Bertsolaris Euskal Herria Championship will begin at the Baztan fronton in Elizondo, starting at 5:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale, and this first session can be followed through eitb.eus and ETB4.

On stage will be the bertsolaris Agin Laburu Rezola, Alaia Martin Etxebeste, Iñaki Apalategi Astigarraga, Joanes Illarregi Marzol, Onintza Enbeita Maguregi and Unai Agirre Goia.

The winner of Saturday’s event will qualify directly for the second round of the semifinals and will sing in Amurrio on November 19. But before the event in Alava there will be another three semifinals belonging to the first round, which will take place in Donibane Garazi, Irun and Durango. The 18 bertsolaris who will sing in the second round of the semifinals will be determined in these four tests.

The second phase of the semifinals will take place in Amurrio, Baiona and Bilbao.
