BIME will bring together more than 4,500 music professionals and offer 65 concerts

The meeting of professionals from the music industry BIME Pro Bilbao This edition celebrates its tenth anniversary, in which it hopes to bring together in the Biscayan capital between October 26 and 28 more than 4,500 professionals from the sector from 50 countries around the world.

Basque music will be represented by Euskal Herriko Musika Bulegoa under the title of Basque Music. They will organize, among other activities, a talk on mental health in music, meetings between Basque and Portuguese professionals, talks on the situation of music venues and a conference on the Statute of the Artist.

The professional congress will take place at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao for three days and the musical event, the BIME Livewill offer for four days, from October 26 to 29, a program of 65 concerts in Bilbao’s music halls and open-air public spaces, with free access for all citizens for 4 days.

Agents such as Afo Verde, president and CEO of Sony Music Latin-Iberia and responsible for the popularity of Bad Bunny, Rosalía or Camilo, and Rebeca León, manager of Rosalía herself, will participate on the professional side.

There will also be the singer Neneh Cherry, James Cruz, heavyweight of the world rap scene, and Rafa Sardina, renowned producer of Basque origin based in Los Angeles and winner of 18 Grammy Awards, among many others.
