In the fifth and sixth installments of his bizarre series, we encounter demonic images and Ronald Weasley, who wants his dead sister back and opens too many doors in the process.
What is it about
Mexican director Guillermo del Toro opens his Horror Room and invites us to scare and discover corners we’d rather be left alone over the course of eight episodes.
Pickman model
Directed by: Keith ThomasPyro
Actor: Ben Barnesseventh Son), Crispin Glover (hot tub time machine)
Young artist William (Ben Barnes) is very talented and seems ready for a big career. One day, he meets the somewhat strange Richard Pickman (Crispin Glover) in his class, whose art shows not the beauty of this world, but the dark side that is clearly in each of us. William becomes uneasy, because after viewing photos of a colleague, he has terrible nightmares. Years later, the two artists meet again and Pickman wants William to look behind the scenes of his work. Where horror lives…

Dreams in the witch’s house
Directed by: Katherine Hardwicketwilight)
Cast: Rupert GrintHarry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone), Nia Vardalos (My big Greek wedding)
Walter (Rupert Grint) lost his sister Epperly when he was a child. Since then, the young man has been looking for a way to connect our world and the one that is there, but to no avail. But when he meets a young artist who seems to predict the future with her paintings and can also see the other way with a mixture of drugs, Walter realizes he must continue down that path. Also with the risk that bewitched and terrible creatures may themselves cross the gate to our reality.

In the fifth and sixth episodes, director Guillermo del Toro tells us two more painful and creepy stories. While the one with creepy pictures is more dramatic, Rupert Grint’s “Ron Weasley” is immersed in the spirit world. Both stories have the familiar and soothing smell of a ghost train, but they are only partially frightening, and then very carefully.
FROM Kunstkamera Guillermo del Toro different filmmakers have the opportunity to shoot short stories by famous and legendary authors and tell them in less than an hour. This also works well in the two current episodes, because boredom does not occur. Also, the special effects people did a good job, although the human-faced rat in episode six takes a bit of getting used to. But the cattle from the well turned out great!
Summary of the fifth and sixth series
Episodes watched so far Kunstkamera Guillermo del Toro all look good and offer horror to the masses. A bit of a ghostly mood, twinkling lights and scratches on the wall that fit in with the season and entertain attractively in this crisp form. We look forward to the final two episodes, which hopefully wrap up the season as a whole.
Kunstkamera Guillermo del Toro starts today exclusively on Netflix. Two new episodes are released every day.
