The Elkar Foundation and Euskal Kultur Erakundea have presented the EKE-Elkar Literary Scholarship. The call will be biennial, and the winning writer will receive a grant of 6,000 euros gross.
The proposed genre for the 2023 edition is storytelling for adolescents, which may be presented in the format of a novel, graphic novel or compilation of short stories, as long as they are unpublished.
Any person who was born or lives in Iparralde can participate, who will have to send before June 30, 2023 a presentation of their project in 2-4 pages as well as a sample of 8-10 pages of it.
A jury made up of three people will decide which is the winning project, whose author or author will have until June 2024 to present their finished project with a minimum length of 60 pages.
