Here’s the official synopsis: In the fifth Evil Dead movie, Beth pays a welcome visit to her older sister Ellie, who is raising three children alone in a cramped Los Angeles apartment. The production has finally released the first shot from the movie (see above), which of course makes it pretty clear that the fake blood was not used sparingly on set.
The Evil Dead Rise scheduled for release in US theaters on April 21, 2023. There is no release date in Switzerland yet.
