New Crime Drama redemption is about to hit ITV with the world of policing and family life on a collision course with protagonist Detective Colette Cunningham.
From the manufacturers Bay, This new series was created by Sean Cook and filmed in Ireland.
It centers on the life of a career and dedicated Merseyside Police Detective Inspector, played by Paula Malcomson.
A call from the Dublin police turns the seemingly unflappable Detective Cunningham on his head.
The body of a young woman has been found, and Inspector Cunningham is listed as the next of kin.
So, a 30-year-old police officer has to catch the next ferry to Dublin to identify the body of his missing daughter Kate and start a new life in Ireland.

Malcomson, van The Hunger Games Trilogy, Ray Donovan AND deadwood, takes on the role of Detective Cunningham, who now has to face the situation she’s faced so many times from a cop’s point of view.
Malcomson said of his new roles, “She’s such an interesting and strong character with her own agency and she’s in every scene, which was a good challenge for me.
“She is amazing at what she does and I thought it would be fun to put what I have into this accomplishment.
“I also really like that this is a story about a woman in her 50s who was there and did it. She is the boss and can rely on her experience.
“I hope audiences enjoy it when a woman in her 50s who is not a movie star gets the chance to play a role like this.”
She is joined by Keith McErlin who plays Patrick Fannon, a trusted friend and confidant who also understands the pain of an estranged child.

The series starts on Friday 17 March at 9pm on ITV with the first of a six-hour episode.
It will then be simulcast on the following Fridays and will also be available on ITVX.
