Around 15 users have been waiting since Monday afternoon to be seen in the emergency room at the Beatriz Angelo Hospital in Loures.
At night, emergency gangs did not work, there was no help and assistance.
Services were resumed at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, and waiting times remain long, CM said.
A woman with severe kidney pain was told she would have to wait at least 16 hours. Another elderly woman with severe stomach pains had her temperature taken yesterday afternoon and remains in a wheelchair waiting to be seen until then.
The child’s father, also angry, told CMTV that his son slept all night on the floor. The girl herself, about 4 years old, told CMTV that she slept on the floor. They waited 21 hours.
Users do not know the reason for the wait, but believe that this is a lack of doctors.
