A 21-year-old man stabbed his 44-year-old father to death in the middle of the street on Wednesday evening in Peniche.
The warning came at 19:45. According to witnesses, the crime occurred after a quarrel between them and mutual attacks that began inside the house.
According to the PSP statement, upon arrival at the scene, the police found “the suspect with traces of blood all over his body, and not far from him, his father, who was supposed to be rescued by firefighters, prostrated on the ground.”
The death was pronounced on the spot.
Later, the author of the murder was treated in the hospital with hand injuries.
The judicial police of Leiria have been called and have arrested the killer and are investigating the case.
