Operations against drug trafficking will continue outside the Algarve by the maritime police together with the navy, air force and judicial police. “Missions against drug trafficking will continue as drug trafficking is on the rise in Europe. This year we have already seized about 32 tons of hashish,” said Rear Admiral Jose Mirones.
The confirmation was made this Friday on CM the second General Commander of the Maritime Police during the celebration of the security forces and the General Directorate of Maritime Authorities in Portimão.
