Augusto Santos Silva spoke at the Belém Palace in Lisbon at a meeting in which the Parliament congratulated the President of the Republic Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa on the holidays, accompanied by representatives of all parties with seats in Parliament: PS, PSD, Cega, Liberal Initiative, PCP, BE, PAN and Livre.
