One person was killed and three were slightly injured in a car crash in Idanha a Nova, Castelo Branco district, a civil defense source told Lusa.
According to a source from the Subregional Command for Emergency Situations and Civil Protection of Beira Baixa, the car accident occurred at 2:04 a.m. on Joaquim Moran Lopez Dias Avenue in the city of Idanha a Nova.
The accident resulted in the death of a 19-year-old young man and three minor injuries (two men and one woman) aged between 18 and 19, the same source told Lusa.
Volunteer firefighters from Idanha a Nova were at the scene with four vehicles, an ambulance and resuscitation vehicle (VMER) from Castelo Branco and three GNR patrols.
