In a conversation with Lusa, the PKP said that it has indications that the PSD intends for SDS-PP President Nuno Melo to take part in Saturday’s debate between the CDU and the Democratic Alliance (AD, a coalition consisting of PSD, CDS-PP and PPM) , unlike Luis Montenegro, as originally planned.

The PKP, however, stresses that it will not “contribute to this intention” and adds that “the debate was organized on certain assumptions.”
