At one point, a woman approached the socialist leader and mentioned that she was not a socialist, but supported Pedro Nuno Santos because “he is best suited to form a left-wing government.”

“Exactly true, but the PS must defeat AD, otherwise we are finished,” replied the PS leader.
Along the way, Pedro Nuno Santos signed autographs, hugged, kissed and took selfies, hearing in response several promises to vote for the PS, as well as some people asking him to solve the housing crisis.
“We will work on it,” replied the PS leader, who during the trip also spoke with Rosa Mota, who was sometimes swallowed up by the crowd and had to return to the “bubble” where Pedro Nuno was. Santos was assisted by the security of the PS leader.

Then some lady asked him to do something for him, because his pension is only “300-something euros,” to which the PS leader agreed that “it needs to be increased.”
Towards the end of the route, the leader went up to the balcony where he received a replica of a local fishing boat named after Pedro Nuno Santos, which the Socialist campaign said he would take to the Prime Minister’s office. .
With a microphone in his hand, Pedro Nuno Santos addressed the hundreds of people listening to him on the street to thank them for their “strength” and stress that the PS is “on the path to victory to build a country for everyone.”
