More than 100 healthcare workers have released a manifesto in support of AD

More than 100 health workers signed a manifesto in support of the AD, saying the right-wing coalition led by Luis Montenegro presented an electoral program “best suited to correct the serious current situation” in the SNA.

The signatories of the manifesto state that “they are, or have been, health care providers in the National Health System and are independent of political parties” and “believe that the Portuguese government has been responsible for the serious deterioration of this situation in recent years.” care that is clear to the eyes of the population, and that patients suffer serious consequences as a result of outdated and ideological management.”

“Legislative elections are a great opportunity to put an end to this cycle of mediocrity and degradation,” they emphasize.

More than 10.8 million Portuguese are called to vote on Sunday to elect 230 members of the Assembly of the Republic.
