On Thursday morning, Cesar Silva chased the thieves about two kilometers to Arcoselo in the city of Barcelos. Along the way, he called PSP to report what was happening. At the intersection, the thieves, two boys and a girl between the ages of 19 and 23, rammed the merchant’s car and, dissatisfied with the pursuit, tried to break the car’s windows and attack him.
