Just six days after stealing a luxury watch worth €30,000 in Largo do Rato in Lisbon (March 5), a watch gang struck again in the center of the capital. But this time he didn’t commit the robbery. This was announced by an official PSP source. CM that the victim was a 47-year-old man. At the Campolide police station, he reported that he stopped the car at 8 o’clock on Monday evening at a traffic light on Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo. That’s when a man on a motorcycle appeared from the driver’s side. The applicant claims that he tried to break the car window with the butt of a revolver. The goal was to steal the watch he was wearing. The victim managed to get out of the car and, in the presence of other drivers, helped the thief escape. The judicial police are investigating.
