Porto once again dropped points at home with a 2-2 draw with Famalican in the 29th round of the First Football League this Saturday, leaving the Dragons out of the race for the top two places.
Jonder Cadiz’s brace in the ninth and 45+1 minutes allowed Famalicense, who had made it two wins in a row to reach their fourth game in a row without defeat, go into the break with a 2-1 lead after Zaidou had beaten Porto. The first goal was scored into his own goal at the age of 17.
The Dragons, playing their third game in a row without a win and their second at home, still reached level thanks to Mehdi Taremi at 82 and were reduced to 10 at 90+3 by Evanilson’s exclusion.
The draw kept Porto in third place with 59 points, 15 behind leaders Sporting and eight behind second-place Benfica, one game less than the Dragons. which the Sporting de Braga team can still reach. which plays this Saturday at the home of Estoril Praia, while Famalican remains in a quiet eighth place with 35 points.
