AP approved hearings of current and former ministers and providers of Santa Casa de Lisbon

The current and former labor ministers, the rehabilitated Ombudsman of the Santa Casa da Misericordia de Lisbon, Ana Jorge, or the previous Ombudsman, Edmundo Martinho, will be heard in Parliament after the relevant hearings have been approved.

The hearing was approved this Thursday by the Committee of Labour, Social Security and Inclusion, following requests submitted by the Liberal Initiative (IL), the Socialist Party (PS) and Chega, the first two approved unanimously, the latter with Livre abstaining.

The hearings of the current Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security Maria do Rosario Ramalho, her predecessor Ana Mendes Godinho, the rehabilitated provider of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisbon Ana Jorge and his predecessor Edmundo Martinho were therefore urgently approved.
