A lower court in Malaga, Spain, ruled that a man must pay his ex-wife 204,000 euros “in compensation for unpaid housework done at home” during their 25 years of marriage.
The judge’s sentence also includes a compensatory pension of 500 euros a month for the next two years for the wife, aged 48, and two other pensions of 400 and 600 euros for two daughters, aged 14 and 20.
