The 21-year-old US military allegedly shared on the Internet confidential military documents of the US government, namely the war in Ukraine.
The decision was made by Judge David Hennessy this Friday after Jack Teixeira’s lawyers asked him to await trial under house arrest.
A descendant of the Portuguese, the grandson of an Azorean, was arrested on 13 April. by a group of FBI agents, at the home of his mother and stepfather, in North Dayton, Massachusetts, in the United States of America (USA).
