Andrea Serrano, 31, was sentenced to three months in prison for rape and pregnancy by a 13-year-old boy who called her “mom” in Colorado, USA. Now the woman’s family plans to go to court with a petition for custody of the child. The father of the child is currently 14 years old.
The woman was already arrested for the crime in July 2022 on bail of 70 thousand dollars (about 64 thousand euros). Andrea Serrano was accused of sexually assaulting a minor. The woman confessed to the crimes after being questioned by the authorities.
“I feel that if she [Andrea Serrano] was a man and [vítima] girl, it would definitely be different (…) They feel sorry for her,” the boy’s mother complained to the CCTV, quoting Daily mail.
“I feel like my son was stolen from childhood. Now he must become a father, ”added the woman when she found out about the existence of the contract.
A few months later, in March of this year, it was announced, according to daily mailthat Serrano’s lawyers reached an agreement with the Ministry of Public Administration to register the woman as a sexual aggressor.
