The transfer of funds from the F1 Group, chaired by Stefano Domenicali, originally from Imola, is carried out by the Agency for Territorial Security and Civil Protection of Emilia-Romagna.
“I was born and raised in the wonderful lands of Emilia-Romagna, a place that is going through one of the saddest moments in its history,” Domenicali wrote in a tweet posted on the subject.
For the Italian, “the situation that these communities have to face is terrible. But I know that in this difficult time, the resilience and passion of the people of the region, as well as many of the people of Italy, prevail. .
Domenicali vows to “do everything in his power to support them during this difficult time,” continuing, “That’s why we’re making this donation to help the efforts that are being made on the ground.”

The F1 Group’s initiative follows that of the Ferrari team, closely linked to Imola, which has already donated one million euros.
