FC Porto President Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa has acquired another 5,271 shares of the national football champion’s SAD, the Dragons announced on Tuesday in a note sent to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
Thursday’s transaction was €5,956.23, with the director investing a second time in May, this time at a unit price of €1.13, slightly strengthening his position in SAD for the seventh month following.

The majority of SAD is owned directly by the club (74.59%), with businessman, former footballer and former coach António Oliveira being the main individual shareholder (7.34%), followed by his brother Joaquim Oliveira through Olivedesportos society (6.68%) .
