A 28-year-old barber accused of impersonating a woman to steal from other men in alleged sexual encounters remained silent in a Coimbra court this Thursday. The victims also spoke about the moments of panic they experienced after they agreed to meet with the “girl”: “When I got there, I was attacked from behind with a large knife.” The defendant, who in the first situation acted with an 18-year-old student, is accused of calling him “Daniela” or “Jessica” in the advertisement, promising sex in exchange for money. When the customers arrived at the appointed place, they were attacked with the threat of a kitchen knife. There are five robberies at stake, four of which occurred in a week, between the end of 2021 and May 2022.
