Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus spoke to reporters at Humberto Delgado airport on Tuesday and said that the future does not lie with working with the Portuguese team.
“Portugal is out of the question,” he said.
Jesus confirmed the departure of Fenerbahce and said that the fans had a hard time. The coach spent one season in the Turkish club and won the Turkish Cup.
“It has been a very long season like never before. Many things happened, for example, an earthquake, which was a huge tragedy. It changed the game. My departure was not easy for the Fenerbahce fans,” he said.
“My dream is to try to play in a competition in which I have never played, in the World Cup, in the national team. In all other competitions, fortunately, as a coach, I have already participated in them.
