Former TAP executive chairman Fernando Pinto says former company administrator Alexandra Reis was “perceived as having a somewhat controversial profile”, praising her competence, focus and “good job” at the airline.
In the responses he sent to the TAP parliamentary commission of inquiry, which Lusa had access to on Tuesday, Fernando Pinto recalls that Alexandra Reis was admitted to the selection process, which also included the former president.
“On the one hand, I understand that, as the person in charge of directing the company’s purchasing, I was an extremely driven person who did well in my time. On the other hand, I know that I was perceived as someone with a somewhat controversial profile,” she admits.
